Just noticed on the work calendar that the 15th is a public holiday for 'Al-Hijra / Hijri New Year's Day'

Got a few lads coming out to stay from the U.K starting that day so will it be dry and if so dry all 24hours or just till after a certain time??

Probably dry from 7/8pm on 14th to 7/8pm on the 15th.

Or 24 hours later.

Maybe.

I think.

hehe

Ummm - I think he means there will be a 24hr dry period from either 7pm or 8pm on the given day.

The rules here change like the shifting sands (see what I did there?) and you never really know until you walk into a bar and find they've put bin bags over the pumps.

Then there's the rules which some follow, others don't and some don't even know about.

Good one!

Will wait till a bit nearer the time and if no one knows will go to somewhere for lunch and see what they say about later in the day or call a few places.

More holidays here since I arrived than can shake a stick at!!
