Grrr. You reminded me.
The damn thing's been sitting in a workshop for 3 months. Bloody DVLA won't register it. Had to change the plexiglass back to windows (the American plexiglass doesn't have EU markings - stupid rule). Had to dump the spoiler and the exhaust (too many sharp edges, too loud/emissions). Had to change the wing mirrors (too small). And apparently they didn't like the bare metal steering spokes on my Cup wheel. ?? It's a wonder we didn't all die in flaming fireballs in the 70s and 80s.
And they take forever to give a retest. When one guy goes on holiday, the entire region is put on hold. Welcome to the third world.
Retest is tomorrow - here's hoping...
