Oh dear, what happened:

They cut you off for no reason,
Only providing a 1mb connection speed when you are paying for 100mb,
had you on hold all day trying to figure out who to shovel your call to next?

Oh, the usual.

Try to get something simple organised over the phone but as was inevitable, I now have to take a few hours of work just to change my payment plan.

Just binned my BBerry for a Samsung. Got a nice message two days later saying that I'd already racked up AED500 in data charges - lovely - so called them up. Been a customer for eons but apparently I now have to go and resubmit all my documents.
