Jewellery Valuations - UK

I'm hoping someone here can help with my predicament;

I bought a diamond engagement ring for my (now) fiance in Dubai but would like to get it added to our household insirance in the UK. We're both only home for a couple of weeks a year (but still have property/insurance etc at home) but this causes us an issue getting it valued as most places take over 1 week.

Does anyone here know somewhere around Shropshire/Birmingham who will do either on the spot insurance valuations or quick turn around stuff?

Any of the main shops on the main drag on the Jewellery Quarter in brum should be able to do it fairly quickly. Not sure of the names of the ones I've used mind.
