Decent clothes alterations place? Any recommendations?

I've lost a bit of weight. Whoopdiefking do I hear you say.

Well, now my clothes don't fit, and I'm buggered if I'm going to replace all of my wardrobe.

Now, the way I see it, losing weight is better than putting on weight in terms of altering your clothes right? Just get your stuff made a bit smaller and Bob's your fathers brother.

So, who can recommend a decent alterations gaff in doobs? I don't want to hear about any places in Satwa/Bur Dubai/Diera, I hate the Indian sweatshop places and would happily pay more to go somewhere nice in Jumeirah. Not too much more mind, but a bit for sure!

I want good workmanship, none of this shoddy quick stiching crap that comes apart the second time you wear it. They need to be able to handle half decent suits also.

Try 'Stitches' in Dubai Mall, right down by the car-park entrance near Waitrose.

They will stitch you up. Ahem.

The wife takes all of our clothes to Dream Girl Tailors in Satwa, just before the big Mosque when heading towards Duabi.

The wife and I have used the stitches place in the dubai mall that oilydan mentioned above on a few occassions with no complaints at all.
