It is/was even better in China. If the sentence of death was handed down to a criminal, it was straight out the back door, into a car and taken to an isolated location and shot with a bullet to the back of the head.

IMHO - thats how it should be - not this waiting on death row for 30 years or so before you do it.

Actually you can because there are 1 or 2 who defy the driving ban and just drive. They are easy to spot as they drive better than the men, which is not hard to be honest......
