Marine Generator Servicing

I'm in need of some a company who can service a Marine Generator on the bosses yacht

It appears to me made by a company called Northern Lights

It has an issue whereby it runs for about 5 minutes then seems to overheat and cut out.
The yacht's kept in Dubai Marina

Any advice from those in the know / Shirt, do you guys do this kind of thing?

is it a diesel genset? does it start again when cold and are there any warning lights? as a first guess i'll go with a duff thermostat.

this isn't what we do but there's a couple of our indonesian techs knocking around. they can fix anything and might take a guvvy job on.

What make is the engine ?

If she hasn't been slipped in a while I'd take a bet on the cooling water intakes or pipes being blocked
