What do we think? Tanker would be 1200, anyone guess what The DEWA cost would be?

I looked into this a few years ago when I had to refill. Bottom line was the tanker guys told me a tanker would cost X, and would be much cheaper than DEWA. When I worked out the volume of the pool multiplied by the DEWA slab, it turned out to be a fraction of the tanker cost. That was at the time, so you would have to do the maths for current slab rates.

Not a bad question! Dunno. The pool is about 25 ft x 12 ft and goes from about 3 ft deep, to 7 ft. Someone work that out for me!

A frien of our filled with DEWA and were presented with a 10K bill.

Mine took 3 x 5,000 gal tankers, took about 3 hours and cost 600 dhs.

11m x 3m x 1-3m.

I cannot see how DEWA-HA-HA-HA-HAAAAA could be cheaper. They bum yo...sorry they're really rather expensive for everything.

Just don't get an orange tanker to fill your pool. That really would be st.

My pool company refused to continue to maintain the pool if I had it refilled from a tanker after the last drain and clean session....

Can't help with costs I'm afraid as at the time my water meter was stuck, so it was free!!

it is likely a simple mechanical flow meter. just need to split the casing and give one of the gears a nudge. fill pool, put it back.

These days DEWA hit you with a punitive charge if your consumption is high.

My dad used to do this in Zimbabwe in the 80s. He claims he used to just swap it over to reverse it but that sounds a bit Ferris Bueller to me!

I was going to phone you to tell you- I still will in fact- I'm just waiting for Phil to send me your number (he hinted) although I understand he is slightly preoccupied with some new gash he was telling me about
