Apartment Hunting Abu Dhabi

I am looking for a place in Abu dhabi, after living in the shared comapny vila for 6 months on and off (Working between the UK and UAE).

My employer will pay 100k per year in accomodation fees My office is located near Marina Mall and want an easy commute to work. Where are the best places to live in the City.

I am looking for a 2 Bed Apartment with access to Gym + Pool in block. Or a 2 bed aprtment witha good gym local to the complex.

My mate's just got a 1 bed at the Dusit Thani residences, opp. Al Jazira's ground on 4th/19th. That was 80k, I think. No pool but I think there's a gym.

I reckon the best location is 1 block further in, 4th/15th. There's that Mamoura bldg., Y tower and the gold/brown one. That has a gym/pool etc. Also parking, laundry, shop and Subway but probably a bit over 100k for a 2 bed. I live around there, near the NBAD on 4th. It's one of the best locations on the island, I reckon. Moving to Al Bandar in summer but would rather stay here.
