Stupid Business Bay Question
Discussion
My dunce hat is on, but what is the easiest way to get into Business Bay these days?
I need to get to O14 tower (the one that looks like a cheese grater) which is on the Al Khali side of the lake.
I was going to come off buy Metropolitan and go in that way, looking at Google Maps the road system is somewhat incomplete, can I get across the other side if I enter here?
If not where do I go into BB?

I'm only aware of the Al Khail side entrance. Didn't know there were any others. Come off the DIFC road (the flyover that connects SZR with Al Khail that goes past Emaar Square), take the right onto Al Khail road towards AD and stay on the right. Slip road takes you to a narrow entrance on the right for Biz Bay.

Ok, I know where you are there Harris and from what I remember that puts me on the right side of the lake as well. ThanksIan, the chopper is in for service

I have heard the roads are empty, new and wide it had crossed my mind to go for a little hoon...mcbook said:
Harris is right, that's the only way in and out at the moment. It's a shame because there are some decent apartments coming up there which are pretty cheap. I'm sure the access will improve in time but there's no way I'd consider it at the moment.
You must be able to get into the SZ road side as well, for all those commercial towers across the front, think you go in after that Petrol Station just past Metropolitan. Harris' way gets me in the right side though so will do that.

That brings back memories. When Mall of the Emirates was just a glint in Mohammad Al Abbar's eye, that area of Barsha was a massive derelict patch of desert. With an oval race track in the middle of it.Happy days...
