It's about time we all had a night out together.

isn't the idea of DD's the end of the month - i.e. just after payday?

i would be well up for going karting again with drinks after. with a strict night out everyone tends to flake out at the last moment.

Yes DD's is the last Thursday of every month but I thought that this would break the month up.

Feel free to do a Friday but I won't be able to attend as I work Saturdays, which is why I picked a Thursday.
