TVR Griffith - are there any out there?

Does anybody know if there are any TVR Griffiths in the Middle East (especially Dubai !) - and if so where can I buy one?

Never seen a Griffith in the UAE. There used to be a Chimaera and a Tuscan but presume have long since been re-exported.

Try Gaffer (Claire at Saluki) - she may have seen one come in to the workshop.

I've seen a (the?) Chimera within the last 6 months or so in Media City.

Never a Griffith though

Me too. I've only ever seen or heard about Chimaeras and one Tuscan that I spotted nearly two years ago.

Call the guys at aaa service center in rashidiya Scottish guy frank runs it he's currently rebuilding a Tuscan speed six for someone out here and me thinks you could make an offer for it!

If you can't find number it's on google. I nearly did but remembered how much mine struggled to run in uk and was put off asking the question for out here.

I've seen a Chimaera on the Palm in the last month.

Slightly OT but I also saw a Lotus Elise (Mk 1) parked at the Magrudy Centre a couple of weeks ago. Was quite tempted to leave a note on the windscreen seeing if it may be for sale ...

I saw a Chimera the other day, in downtown, under the Al Manzil hotel in the parking lot.

Looked a bit well worn, but nice all the same.... LHD also.

But raise you 10, spotted one Lotus Elan, leaving Mirdif City Center.

I seen quite a few Mk1 & Mk2 Elise for sale, plus the odd Exidge on my two monthly visit to the used car center.

I keep thinking of buying another classic such as a TVR or Lotus but the novently of running just one classic out here wears thin sometimes.
