So it looks like Dubai is getting a Mahiki.

Anyone got any details on it..? hope it's not going to be as expensive as the Buddha Bar..!

All we need now is Bungalow 8, which I quite like, got chatted up by OB from Hollyoaks in there one night laugh didn't find out who he was till after.

It is in what used to be The Apartment at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, open now I think, well I hope so, some mates are supposed to be going tomorrow.

looks like an expensive trader vics but with less south american girls. ergo, where's the appeal?

what i want is an indie dive bar with decent music and cheap beers. been in far too many wky clubs here with ridiculous door policies, wky interiors and zero atmosphere.

just googled the seaview, location makes me think it'll be akin to the york.

have you been to loaded at the ibis yet? pretty decent night.

yep. plays fairly mainstream 90s indie/britpop but is very refreshing. gets very busy though.
