I think the line up is pretty good, Script are easy listening, Pete Murray is good from what little I have heard and will definitely be getting my dance on to Norman Jay and the Groove Armada dj set.

There is another on NYE but I'll be in Rome I think, more dance orientated.

Basement Jaxx (dj set)
Above and Beyond
Roger Sanchez
Goldfish
Sister Bliss

some others I can't remember

norman jay is decent, armada used to be, the script never will be! tongue out

everyone tells me NYE here is rubbish, which is an annoyance given i will be officially old on the 31st.

isn't NYE wk anywhere?

To me it's made for a house party, everything else rapes the wallet hard with no justification other than the number on the end of the date will be different by the time you've passed out.

Was in Goa for the last one and a psytrance rave at the top of a big hill.

It was interesting....

The Script. My eleven year old daughter is a fan. Enough said.

Did anyone see The Cult at Yas on Saturday night? I thought they gave a great performance. I missed McCartney unfortunately.

You youngsters will understand when you get to my age. I'm always up for a beer, but just not on a school night.

Claire, who is this Ian chap and would I be right in suggesting that most of your entertaining will take place in private??!!

The Script are playing Muscat tomorrow night and it is being flogged to death on the radio. Loads of tickets left by all accounts. NYE in the dessert fire + fireworks + bbq + beer

Thank you squire. I started rather young, but will take it as a compliment anyway. My son will turn 15 in July, how time flies.

You let a bird look after your cars??

No wonder you haven't bought one yet.
