A couple of questions...

Travelling with the family youngest is 8.

What's the evening temp like at the moment?

Where do all the nice cars hang out?

Oh and is the swimming with dolphins thing at Atlantis any good?

Cheers in advance

Stayed in September and the temperature was still hot but not as fierce as it was when we went in an August.

The Atlantis dolphins are great although a bit unnatural - did it as a birthday treat. We were staying at the Atlantis though. The hotel was great for our 8 and 11 year old girls!

Evening temps vary at the mo, but I'd guess mid to late 20's. Humidity seems to be all over the place and changes hourly!
Best cars? My guess would be the Mall of the Emirates on a Thursday evening and most of the top hotels have them all parked outside.

Not done the Dolphins, sorry. Which hotel are you staying at?

All the nice cars are hanging out at the Dubai Autodrome on Friday:

Touring cars, superbikes and GT cars. Where else can you get that for free? smile

Mall of Emirates a good shout for car spotting, the valet parking in between Debenhams and Harvey Nics on ground floor

get a few crusing down JBR Walk as well, which is a nice place to sit for a bite with the family.

Yeah, I meant to be able to sit out on the pavement, watching the talent go passed, avec beers.

the terrace at the rotana is about the closest you can get, but even then you need to be stood by the end wall. much prefer to peruse the two legged talent myself biggrin

tbh, anywhere in jbr/marina is good for car spotting on a thurs/fri night.

The mrs is with me so no chance of checking the two legged talent!

We're staying at atlantis so the dolphins and stuff are on site...

Why do you think iridium / mirror lens sunglasses were invented?

I used to be a Lifeguard, and sunglasses had a two-fold purpose - looking like the Hoff, and perving.

Although sometimes I'd forget I wasn't wearing them, then I just looked like a perv frown

Sunglasses are indeed mirrored and packed, they are even wrap arounds so now sneaky checking where my eyes are looking possible...
