I have a mate coming over in Nov to do a job and he requires the following (it means absolutely nothing to me!!!)

"I need 3000mtr’s of 2” x 1” Par in 5mtr or 6mtr lengths delivered to site 11th Nov"

Anyone know where this can be sourced?

Many thanks.

PAR means planed [smooth] all round. that size should be std. from a timber merchant.

i'd say for that quantity [WTF are you building!?] you can avoid retail and speak to the importer/wholesaler. give dusty a nudge for names as he does interior fitouts etc.
