Don't know about DXB but here in Doha the humidity has magically disappeared, weather was great this morning down at the pool - in fact I felt a bit too cold in the water, as it wasn't heated up by the usual baking sun.

I played footy last night and it was 30C and 88% humidity at 8:30pm when we finished.

Not quite winter yet!

It is trying here, but not quite there yet.

2 weeks I reckon we are laughing.

Went up to the Autodrome today, was still bloody hot.

Tell me about it. I must have drunk over 3 litres of fluid during the day and I am still pouring it in me.

Sorry I missed you at the circuit, trying to run 1 touring car (as the sole mechanic) and one bike does mean that I am dashing here, there and everywhere.

We know when winter is here in Aberdeen, going to work in the dark, and all those bleeding irritating cars with:-

a. Low beams set tad high.
b. The obligatory one headight stuck on FULL beam.
c. Fog lights on with about 10 miles of clear visibility.
d. And when the snow comes, (and it will), those little clear bits on the side window about the size of a saucer to see out, and totally uncleard rear windows.

Enjoy your winter.

Which is your car btw?

Is the guy that dropped his bike ok? Very odd place to crash.

That's a slippery slope.... motorsport speed glass is not cheap, I've resisted the temptation so far but I just need this, I know I need it!!

Bikes: I help run the Vendetta Racing team (guys who finished 2nd & 3rd (1st & 2nd in class))

Cars: White Honda Civic (power steering and power drama's all day).

I still feel beaten up today and still pouring the liquid into me.

Feck me - another 'normo'! We need to pull up the draw bridges, or barricade the tent...whatever the ME defence tactic is!

ME defence tactic? Isn't that a machine gun on a Hilux?

I don't think they do defense from what I can tell from their tactics.

It seem to me that they happily capitulate and then rely on counter strikes to try and take back ground.

Watch how Middle Eastern/Arab teams play football - more like basketball tactics.

Car was showing 25c at 6:15 this morning.

When it drops below 20c then I'm a happy camper.

I spent all day Scuba Diving off shore yesterday, it was the first day when it was lovely to sit out in transit and the water temp is perfect for shorts and a rash vest. I was some 50 miles off shore on the wreck of a tanker and saw a turtle and some dolphins and truck loads of fish smile great way to spend the day lots of pics and even a vid of the turtle circling me lol

Myself and a colleague are just about to sort out a PADI diving course here, now that the temperatures have dropped a bit... good to hear that we've timed it right!

Do it fast as the temperature of the water is dropping rapidly. I reckon 1 celcius a week so you have a window of 5 weeks then it will be 3mm wetsuit weather another 3 weeks after that 5mm wetsuit weather.

Deffo winter; enjoying a nice cold beer on the terrace at AR golf club. Happy days being outside again!
