Dubai to Abu Dhabi taxi advice?

Will be in Abu Dhabi next month and usually fly into Abu Dhabi when staying there, but this time will be flying into Dubai as flight times work much better.

Our hotel has offered to collect us from the airport for either 450aed or 525aed depending on car. Can anyone advise on the typical taxi fare for a similar journey?

dubai marina to aud airport is 160dhs, so 250ish at a guess. there's probably a free shuttle provided by your airline.

300-350 from DXB onto AD island. I'd take the hotel ride for safety reasons as at least the driver is unlikely to be on the 11th hour of his shift having not had a day off in 18 months.

yeah for the saving in cost (minimal) I'd do the same.

hotel car less likely to make you gag with the smell as well.
