Mrs C is organising a few beers at ours on Friday night (7th Oct) to celebrate my 21st, so if anyone fancies it let me know and I'll forward directions.

LOL Another drinks Sam can't get to as he is in the UK hahahaha

I work Saturdays so it will be just a quiet few drinks for me.

Will PM you my UAE number tomorrow.

Claire

PS. Will be setting up a thread on drinks for Sam and myself later in the week.

Sam is my mate over here as well from the UK, has an LS powered TVR T350 and all round good guy.
He keeps missing the beers as he seems to always be out of the country when they are organised.

Why not pop round to the Autodrome during the day to see the 1st race day of the year?

Tis not a bad idea, as the Mrs wants me out of the house. I had thought she'd arranged on of those driving days for me, but I guess not then!
Maybe it's a round of golf with someone..I dunno!

Are you there on Friday Ian?

Hello all, I thought I better post something to prove that I’m not one of Claire’s imaginary friends.

I landed in Dubai in March and I’m having a ball here. I have been wanting to catch up with the PH middle east crew for a while, It seams every time some one organises drinks, karting, F1…..I’m out of the country or unavailable.

Hope to catch up with some of you soon, plans are afoot……………

You will catch me either working on a White Honda Civic, a Triumph motorbike or dashing between the two. I just hope my stomach bug buggers off before Friday as I haven't eaten for 3 days.....

i will quite likely be joining ian at the autodrome this friday, and birthday drinks sound good to me [i promise to be civilised and not letch on mrs C's friends].

if any of you are at a loose end this eveningi am meeting a visiting PHer at the yacht club for a few shandies. nothing major as it's a school night, but i'm sure he won't mind the extra company should you wish to join us.

The last time i went out in the week, i felt st for three days afterwards, due in part to having a couple of beers too many, but mainly due to the northern fool who left his key in a fellow ph'ers car- top man too, he knows who he is- and then had the audacity to turn up at three am to drink my vodka, ask for a cup of tea, then pass out on the sofa, before stinking the entire flat out in the morning.

As quiet ones go, it seemed quite loud if i recall.

Thats the reason i dont do school days- i think the other half would be glad of the peace!

I popped out last night to watch the football which finished at 8pm - Somehow managed to crawl through the door at 1:30 this morning. Even more odd, is I didn't pay a penny for the night out.

Result!
