i thought we had it bad, but i think the uk still comes up trumps.

trying to sort out having my mail redirected by royal mail as i've got tenants moving in next week. they won't do it as i already changed my banking address last week and they need the card i'm paying with to be registered to my old address. completely disregarding the fact i can supply them with copies of the title deeds, mortgage statement, council tax payments etc etc. i now have to either conduct the whole thing by post [using a form they need to send out to me] meaning i just might get it sorted by 2014, or have to go through the process of changing bank addresses back and forth for no real reason whatsoever.

i think sometimes that indians [call centre staff in this case] are world masters at annoyance. all i've had today is jangly heads and lame excuses. i need a drink.

That's not a UK problem, we have it here too - in fact, worse!

Sometimes I think synchronised lying or competitive disorganisation must be the national sport of India.
