blank tenancy contract needed.....

i'm flatsharing with a guy who has the contract in his name.
to receive my furniture allowance, work want a to see a copy of the contract in my name. i don't think you get anything when sharing. i certainly don't want to have to enquire then back peddle.
as this place is already furnished, i would like to blow the entire amount on gadgets. therefore a blank agreement is required! does anyone know where i can get one? the ones i've seen [filled in] all look the same, on a pale blue background. a scan or pdf will do i reckon.
ps - i found out who my landlord is earlier. very very amusing/shocking story but not one for the internet.

I've scoured the shops north and south of interchange 3 and no luck. I haven't found anywhere in the marina.
