Why not take the Yas Hotel Package?

Includes a room for 2 with breakfast and 2 tickets in the fan pit for AED1650, that works out at just 460 for the room and food for 2.

Ten you can get trolleyed, rock out properly and not have to drive to DXB!

G'n'R were darn good at the big Yas Arena last year. Just so happened that we were racing at Yas that weekend to. Result all round.

Trick for young players. AD is 122kms from Dubai. A heinous taxi bill.

I'd be better off hiring a car I reckon? Anyone coming back to Dubai after this? My (legendary) ride down is camping overnight and Im already in for one 5 star hotel for the night here in Dubai. Id rather occupy it.

ETA: Actually, taxi estimate is 250AED each way. Not as savage as I thought.

taxis are cheap! try that journey back home!

i don't have a number to hand, but you can get private hire here as well, usually for the same cost or thereabouts. so you get to do the journey in a new lexus rather than a ropey avensis.

Try and fill the cab and you'll be fine - we've got a full taxi organised so it'll only be about 120AED each to get there and back.

They were EPIC. I was stood pretty much under the left bank of suspended speakers and it still wasn't loud enough.
The locals could scarcely believe it was happening.
Getting in wasn't well organised and the t-shirt stall ran out and was a proper bun fight. But they weren't deal breakers.
Loved it. Big up yourself to 6th gear for sorting me the ticket. Shame I still haven't actually met him!
