Seriously...where can I buy a bike from?

Does anyone know any dealers or websites that aren't sh!t? Looking for a sportsbike, R1, Blade, praps a Duc. Dubizzle has a couple of crap ones, and the one I emailed about on Bikertader was sold over a year ago.

I wonder if it would be a good idea to import one?

Yahama Showroom on SZR? just past the dubai garden center heading towards dubai mall. They have a large selection of sports bikes and upstairs, leathers etc.

Otherwise, just off 44 (Hatta Road) just past the lagoons where it meets the airport - used car center road. There is a fiat showroom there.

That's a good call, forgot about that. Do they sell 2nd hand bikes?

They have a few odd 2nd hand cars, so maybe a few bikes.

Also KTM do a few road bike, they have a showroom up SZR near business bay turning.

Try Kawasaki on SZR (near inter 4) ask for Jim Drane (boss) or Hennie

Ducati place is in Motor City and the chaps are fairly friendly. I don't think they sell second hand bikes but the salesman hinted that the mechanics always have a couple for sale as they buy them cheap of Dubizzle, service them and then sell them on.

Ducati have some lovely bikes out at the moment too, not that I can ride of course.

Thanks mate. Not gonna go for a Duc, as it'll be too expensive to track! Still need to sort out 2 cars so am on a budget with the bike.

Was in the big Spinneys in the Meadows last night and someone is selling a Ducati with next to no Km's on it.

Sorry, I am not sure whether it was a 948 or 848, I don't know my bikes and I should have taken a photo of the ad for you but I do remember he was asking 60kAED.

If this is of any interest to you I will go back and get the details as its frikkin miles from your place and close to mine.

Sounds like an 848, but not something I want! I wish hin the best of luck though, as I don't think they're over GBP 10k new!
