Hungover from dinner at Frankies with some senior colleagues with very expensive taste in wines. Off to Media One in about an hour to get destroyed enough to last through Ramadan!

didn't go fishing. went to the meridian for a full english instead - i ignored the 'warningork' sign disappointed though as the case of asahi i had in the chiller is now probably boiling away in my boot. i'm at work for an hour or two then off t' airport.

ps - whilst 800 pizza's mozarella con buffala is really good, don't let your curiousity allow you to order a small sweet n sour pizza as well "just to see what it's like". there's a reason you've never seen pear and gorgonzola on a pizza before.

Haven't tried nkd yet. I agree that Pizza Express is a good bet but the best pizza for my money comes from Red Tomato Pizza in Al Barsha (they deliver everywhere, as far as I know).
