Decorator / Dulux paint needed

Any of our DXB residents have a recommendation for a friendly, low cost decorator?

My new place is entirely magnolia and I'd like to add a splash of colour by having a few walls painted.

Also, is it possible to buy Dulux paint here, the Jotun stuff is awful.

Last time we had the decorators in, chortle, we ended up using Emrill as they were the cheapest. But also had 'Jim will fix it' round to do a quote. From recollection they were more expensive but did say they were going to use Dulux. They are Britsh owned and run and although we ended up not using them for decorating they do all of our maintenance and I cannot reccomend them highly enough.
