I was under the impression that the Palm would be exclusive and expensive. Not so, they failed to sell half of them so are renting them at about 19k for 10 meters. A good few grand cheaper than the next cheapest.

is that 19k for the year? might just be pub talk but a chap at work wants a boat and i remembered this thread as he thought mooring fees would kill the idea before it started.

Yes, 19 for the year.

22 in the Marina & Ghantoot and more in JBH, Creek etc. 18 in UAQ/RAK 14 in AUH.

On the palm you get up to 10 meters.

But they are selling very quick.

I guess because they are cheap and on the palm. 2 things Dubai residents like
