Getting hacked off having to keep going either to Ace Hardware on SZR or Festival City to get things.

I completely stunned the wife last week when we moved by hanging all the curtains and blinds. She looked at me in complete awe when I started to cut the poles to size and every set have been hung millimetre perfect height-wise.

She knows I'm an ex-Army spanner and can strip and reassemble a Challenger tank blindfold but she's never seen me actually do stuff and I think it shocked her at my apparent competence.

Now, if I could only get the bedroom thing right...

Keep going past ACE and go to Speedex (next to Oasis Centre), better range and quite often lower prices. They don't sell wood and stuff though.
