No, not the York or the Rattlesnake, but a proper meat market, similar to Smithfields in London. Is there one? Does anyone know where bulk items can be easily sourced?

Lovely, he may be the man I need. I need to know the approx price per Kilo of Beef, Chicken and Lamb, on a fairly substantial(and regular)purchase....say 250kilos of each, per month.

They have a butchery here, Saffa's, good mate is the GM of the Butcher's shop and grill, knows them.
