Best paper to advertise a job

Hi I am looking to employ admin staff in Dubai to assist in expanding my business, I will be looking at the route of employing somebody from South Asia who I understand take alot of the offices jobs within my industry Oil and Gas, I am hoping to place an advert and maybe attract somebody that are already working in the sector, Many thanks

Not sure about the advertising, but would it be possible to put the spec and requirements up on here? Mrs C gets loads of cv's through, and between us we know a few bods looking for something to do.
I'm sure there are others inthe same boat on here.

Set up a different e-mail address for the advert contact details though, and after you have hired close it down.

Or suffer the wrath of 1 million desperate job seekers from the subcontinent....

It is for that reason that I would use an agent to do the hiring. You want someone who is in country, and has been for a while to reduce the risk of them not passing medicals, not getting in, not liking it etc..
