2012 Land Cruiser damage - question

2012 Land Cruiser 7 seater. 4cyl diesel.
Despite me using the car robustly I’ve never had any damage to the underside of the car until my wife ran it into a railway sleeper at a cafe she visited yesterday. There is some damage to the front underside.
I’m not sure what this structure is, if it need repairing or if I should be worried.
Does anyone have any advice?
Car drives ok, makes no new noises, there’s no obvious fluid leak from the underside so I’m inclined to leave it.
The car is going in for some underside anti-rust in the next 12 months after it was treated 2 years ago.
