mitsu shogun advise, got a judder!

hi there,
wondering if anyone had a similar issue with their shogun.
i've an 04 swb shogun warrior, its got a bit of a judder that comes and goes.
had the tracking sorted and that seemed to sort it but the judder has come back.
my local garage dont seem to know what the issue is. anyone had a similar issue that wasnt an obvious fix.
