2000 Ford Explorer V6 self levelling rear suspension
Discussion
Self levelling dashboard warning lamp comes on after 3 or 4 minutes driving when self levelling system activated.
I have replaced the rear sensor unit and mounting arm/bracket and jacked the body up until the rear wheels leave the floor (suggested recalibration method)
The system has been checked with a computer simulator and is - apparently - working correctly (this both before and after fitting new sensor - and after jacking up the body)
Anybody got any suggestions for next step please

Hi David, busking a bit.. I had an explorer with the same problem a few years ago. The fault was well documented on the Explorer websites, and in my case was solved by removing and cleaning one of the relays in the engine bay. From memory it was on the left when you look in the bay. Either way you can remove a clean, bit of wet & dry/WD40 all if the relays.
I'll try and find the website that sorted mine out.
