colin , have a look at my profile for a pic of my old Navara , ex normalblokes one , lifting a Navara is not for the faint of heart , i have lifted lots of Jeeps but this is in a different ball game !!!
Yeh I have seen that one. Lovely looking truck for sure.Im not looking for that high a lift.
Just want the cab slightly raised for some bigger tyres
Advice and ideas welcome mate
colin
The easiest route "may" be just to lift the body. It'll save you time and effort keeping balljoints and CV gaitors in tip top conditon, because the suspension lift is hard on those. I couldn't find a body lift kit in the UK when I was doing mine, but that may well have changed since then. I brought a kit in from the US for a Nissan Frontier which pretty much fits with just a few minor mods.Just lifting the body may well keep the C of G lower as opposed to a suspension lift.
Good luck.
Good luck.

This guy did.
The reason I took note was because I love that wheel/tyre combo.
Will try to replicate on my Grand Cherokee - after Ive don the transfer case, the suspension and steering bushes, the tyres etc etc
As an aside, Im convinced the tyres in this shot are not 255/70/15s. I suspect, closer to 265/65/16s or something (or near to it).The reason I took note was because I love that wheel/tyre combo.

Ive just fitted a set. Granted on narrower rims, but they look completely different. I suspected the photographed profile wasnt a 70. It makes no odds, as these are as big as I can get on the Grand Cherokee without lifting it anyway.
Wonder if its worth starting a lift thread?
I hadn't been on the site for a while but i posted this link in the thread about hilux's. Theres a few navaras in the pictures in past projects http://workshop.supertrux.com/pastprojects.asp
