Restrictor for a YAMAHA YFZ 450CC

hi i am looking to buy a road legal yamaha yfz 450 and becuase of my age im finding it hard to get insured, so i am trying to find a restrictor kit for the yfz 450 but i am having no luck. does anybody know of a place/website where i can buy one ??? do they even exsist?
