What ever you do, don't follow the satnav. It lies! That was no road... I can't believe what the car survived! The Range Rover - what a machine. (I'm still shaking).

I wish I'd taken photos - ruts at 30 degrees into banks, 1 in 4 hills, 3 ft solid drops, and no way of going back. I'll head up there over the weekend (with another machine), to get photos. Amazing.

OK, it's called Cockshott lane, and these are the pics from today. It seems popular, as there were tyre tracks over mine...
