Thought it'd be a bit of fun to see how the 4x4's distribute across PH in terms of make and model. And as this is the "Off Road" section I think qualifying vehicles are ones that have actually been properly used off road. So no shiny Chelsea tractors please.

If you've got a pic (pref off roading pic or a pic of the off roader covered in mud) post it up! biggrin

Sorry if there is not category for your vehicle, but PH only allows 'x' number of answers. If yours isn't listed just tick other and post a pic!!!! smile

Multi-select answers are allowed wink

Just the Freelander 2 at the minute. About to be replaced with an X-Trail though, which I'll not be doing much driving in.

1957 Land Rover Series 1 and a Disco 3 here, no pics of the disco, but here is the Series 1 decked out as she was in 1964 when she was towing Bobsleighs around Europe!

You probably won't believe it, but that IS my commuting car!!

I just treat it as a wayward, bouncy, slow, four wheeled motorbike when it comes to clothing!

Fortunately, got a new job (on gardening leave at the mo) where a nice diesel Fiesta comes thrown in.

Let's me get properly silly with the Samurai now....

I've had Disco's 200, 300 & TD5 and a 110. I would not go back to LR now I have had this. 104k without a blip and got me through the last 3 lots of snow in warmth & comfort. I used to commute 55 miles each way to/from work so the 12 miles I did this morning was a doddle.

Currently I've been lent this for the winter

I can see it doing a few non-scratchy lanes just to find out if it's any good.

Previously I had & still miss this, I need another tricked up LR

Love the Series One up there, that's a proper Landy. My next one should be a series.

Well I own a Shogun, but I've not seen it for the last four weeks courtesy of the useless halfwits at Nationwide Crash Repair. All they need to do is replace a broken window and smashed ignition lock. Luckily it's not snowing much round here so their discourtesy Corsa is coping OK.
