Having just entered the 4x4 world I wondered what the consensus on these is? Not really heard of them. Seem very good on the cold roads, and will only be used for light off road use..

Just my opinion but I'd go Grabber AT2s, tread looks better for what you want and can't fault mine on either the Jeep or the truck.

Another vote for AT2's. Although someone posted one here that they were being discontinued.

Very impressed with them. I replaced the Freelander's road tyres with them as a more civilised alternative to AT2s - I didn't want the road noise associated with more knobbly tyres, nor to kill the handling by having big soft sidewalls on a car which seemingly prefers a slightly stiffer sidewall. They're actually grippier than the FL2's OEM tyres, which I wasn't expecting, and they've yet to see me stuck on any green lanes or fields, of which it's been through many, and they've handled 2 foot of snow deftly.

I think for a road orientated tyre, they're stunning frankly. Cheap as chips too smile

AT2s are better off road, but UHP's are significantly better on road, as well as being not bad at all off road.

No problems with either onroad manners or noise from the AT2s.
