I have posted this on the South Coast forum:
"This is just a vague plan, but IF we get the snow they say we may possibly be getting over the weekend, I may do a trip up to Salisbury Plain for a play.Last year there were 4ft + drifts.
Anybody interested?"

Should be up there Sunday with the fwdc bunch if the weather plays ball. God I love the thought of snow this winter with two 4wds in the house biggrin

There are some pretty large pre-deployment exercises on the plain currently. Not sure which part, but weve had a lot of helicopter and even fast jet activity over head for the last few weeks.
Last week was live firing with the M-109's too.

The Plain is currently very Wet and there is lots of Mud smile

if you rout on sunday, enjoy ...

I'll speak to the range wardnes before I go anyway. Sunday is looking increasingly less likely for decent snow anywayfrown
