Has anyone used or know about the spray protective coating by LINE-X, Barnstaple Devon?

Reading about this, they say it dries in 3 seconds and lasts the life of the vehicle !

(My load liner is cracked and I need to do something soon)

Save yourself a fortune and do it yourself with Protectakote. I have it all over the floorpans of my Mog and it is bombproof.

The Protectakote products do have a UV stable/resistant range. I have it all over the bed of the Mog, the inner floors and the inner wheel arches/cab. It is a poly-urethane type coating, and does not use any special acid etches.
A year later and I have yet to chip it or have any of its integrity compromised.Happy bunny.

The loadliner in my L200 had a couple of splits and cracks which I repaired using some leftover carbon fibre cloth and resin. Very quick and easy and did the trick fine.

usually heavy hard edged objects dumped into the truck when the temperatures are very cold which cause the cracks and the dents

Looks like Protecta-kote may be the better solution

Hi Frederick

If i understand your question correctly, you are saying your current bedliner has split (NOT LINE-X) and you wish to know if LINE-X WILL last the life of your truck.

I can confirm that LINE-X will warranty your LINE-X liner for the life you own the truck that it WILL NOT Peal, Split Crack or Warp.

With regards to Victor kb comment.

LINE-X DOES NOT acid etch the truck in any way, LINE-X contains NO CFC's, NO VOC's or NO Solvents and in fact is one of the most enviromentaly safe products on the market, infact the only reason we cannot say we are "enviromentally friendly" is because the powers that be at the ASA say "the product has to be biodegradable" which obviously no bedliner is.

I hope this helps you with your desision, but please feel free to call me at the LINE-X head office in barnstaple if you require any further information,

Regards Lee

Please note the warranty, IF it was to peal (which it wont) we would repair it

Well, I WAS going to buy some Line-X stuff, but you spelt something wrong, so I'm afraid you've lost a customer here, sorry. I'll be using heammerite instead.
