Buying a Terios......What to look out for?

Looking at a cheap Terios.1999,with 80k on it.
New rear shocks and brakes being fitted before I pick it up. Also getting some welding done under the rear seats.
Is there anything I should have a closer look at?
Car will have fresh MOT.

Only those will laugh who have never used one in Anger...had one when I lived in the Carib...Laughed in the face of bigger stuff.
I have had 2 Suzuki's Vitara and Grand, New Wrangler CRD many others I use regularly and now in a old Disco V8.
