Whats the difference between different Land Cruisers?

So far looking through Autotrader I have seen, Prado, Colorado, Amazon (Big Money). I am sure I have missed one of the models.
What kind of diff options do these come with? Do they have two locking diffs and standard?

I have seen 2000 models range in price from 3k to 5k, is this right?

I am looking to replace my 328i coupe do everything car and my Campervan with an off road versitile vehicle. I was thinking of going for T3/T25 Caravelle Syncro but they are big money and also mostly abused in my range.
