my best mate and i just had our first green laneing experience in his d reg range rover vogue that has been his project for over a year now ,we have fitted 2 inch lift springs and shocks ,diff and steering guards tubular front bumper, 1200lbs winch 80 percent off road tyres and rims oh and a snorkel
we went out on the ox drove byway the larkhill and the bit that goes past the stones what can i say im hooked and now really considering chopping in my monaro and getting a toyota hilux
the only thing is the tracks are so dry at the mo so were really lookin forward to getting out in the winter

If your heading out over winter, drop me a bell ... we have a small gathering that are up on the plains most weekends, and occasionally do some Night time Laning too.

I'm up for a few plain lanes when the mopisture returns, as long as we use the more open lanes.....

thanks guys ill let you know when were out over the winter the more the merrier to my mind i think we going to have a go at the ever valley trail too

Don't sell the beast! Just buy a cheap toy to go offroad.

hi dave dont worry im just a bit depressed at the mo with the car being at the garage waiting for parts for what seems like an age but theres light at the end of the tunnel i should be getting it back in the next couple of weeks

we were out on the ox drove for a little jolley on sunday again but its just not wet enough yet for any proper fun all te best to you and lut by the way are you on fb

Would be interested in coming along for this, only have a Grand Cherokee on ATs, but I think a simple green lane would be OK
