How do you know there's no damage?I had a similar problem on a car wheel a while ago. The impact had caused a hairline crack in the wheel. Even once the wheel had been properly cleaned you could barely see it, but it was enough to let the air leak out over time.
I'd get it to a tyre fitter and ask them to check for all of that sort of stuff.
