Hi
Basically as the long winded title says.. I'm 19 and planning on using my 71' Defender 90 for abit, but insurance is looking to be a pain. I've tried a few classic insurance companies but can't seem to find any who cover under 21 year olds.
Anyone have any reccomendations? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
(I posted this in general gassing too, but thought you guys might be abit more clued up)
Cheers, Jack.

Or failing that it's a 71 Series 3 on a Defender chassis, in which case I do hope you tell the insurance company that its had the chassis changed out for a newer one.

yep as said, definately not a defender. should be early series 3, or late series 2a!
i have a 1961 series 2 which i have insured for £630. im 18 and have started a new policy with no NCD (didnt want to use my other policy).
that is with FOOTMAN JAMES.
phone around companies like footman james, nfu, adrian flux etc.
hope this helps
