The perpetual problem of venturing off road, scratching up your paint.

I thought about covering it in vinyl, then thought that was a waste of time and I'll just buy a nail instead that I don't really care about. Any ideas?

To be honest, I'd say don't off-road something you can't afford to scratch, really.

Whether you just get something standard and put up with a few scratches down the side as I currently do with my Shogun, or decide to go loopy and hand-paint the thing in matt black blackboard paint is completely up to you, but if you're worrying about the paintwork, it's going to have a serious impact on your ability to just relax and enjoy your offroading.

Looking on the bright side, if some eco-nutter decided to key my Shoggie in a carpark to protest at my evil, world-killing ways, I very much doubt I'd notice! hehe

Clingfilm works, apparently. Or get that anti-stone chip film applied.

rofl

I've not found a solution to scratches either - used to polish mine religiously after laning etc, but it got to the point where I just gave up in the end
