Most likely the clutch plate has rusted itself to the flywheel as GKP says. When my old Series motors did this occassionaly after not being used I used to use a wodden post to jam the clutch pedal in the down position and leave it there. A few hours later I would hear a loud 'thunk' when they finally decided to let go of each other. . . .
or
get engine nice and warm.
put in low range....and start in first gear....as it goes along....stamp on the clutch and brake at same time...and try and keep revs up...worked for me in the past.
Other one is fill the bellhousing up with coke a cola....never tried it... but removes the rust ?
