Power tuning a Hilux 3.0D4D

Can anyone help? A good friend of mine has just taken delivery of the above and wants to chip it, bless him. Does anyone know if the transmission/drivetrain can cope and if so what companies would you recommend?

Approx 40bhp and 80Nm increase is what I can do.
