so I'm following tom tom to a friends new cottage in cotswolds.

Takes me down a gradually narrowing lane for about 500 metres then I see this...

Nowhere to turn, too tricky to reverse whole way, oh well, in for a penny !!

was good fun actually!

Same thing happened to me in rural France. It quickly became apparent that we were going seriously off-road. I would have happily carried on if the wife and kids weren't with me.

Cool, where abouts is that? I can see a quick trip there on Saturday if it's not too far from me!

Thanks! The clear indicator lenses really update the look of it. There are not many of these around in good condition anymore, it's nice to see a really smart example.

thanks matey, the lenses took forever to find, the car did too. oner previous owner with 65k miles.

gradually updating it to make it more modern, replacing door seals has made a huge difference to road noise, added discreet parking sensors and dvd screens in headrests. also replaced brakes and shocks, next step get some wider tyres.
It gets a lot of positive attention in the London!

I would really like another classic rangie but not sure how often I would actually use it. I know if I got one I would end up spending a lot of money on it trying to make it drive like a modern car which would sort of be a bit pointless. I remember from my old one the only real source of noise was wind noise. What seals have you put on the doors?

just original but new ones. They are so firm that you need a decent slam to close the door but thats fine.

I should have said... I have the Green1, Green2, and Fords ov2 files. If you have different ones, I'd love a copy of the file
