Hi guys,

I am looking for some advice regarding rally and off roading days for my other half for his birthday. We have tried those red letter day type events before and are looking for something a bit more comprehensive than them.

A quick search of google has found several companies that offer rally/4x4 days but they seem to offer half a day as part of a large group and you only get 30 minutes or so in the car.

If anyone has any recommendations they would be gratefully received.

Cheers

how much do you have to spend and do you want speed, or mud/impossible cliffs

can't help with the former, but can make some suggestions on the latter depending on money!

OI !!! Most areas other than in the M25 inner circle will have some sort of Offroad club that will have open day events with instructors that provide vehicles and tuition on an individual booking basis. A mate of mine use dto do it out of Romsey near Southampton. Some more organised companies have more than one vehicle type. There are 4x4 rally style events available nationally advertised in various car magazines but I doubt you get much hands on unlimited uber speed driving in a proper rally car for £300
