I've heard they've got better road manners than BFG MT but almost as good in the slippery gooey stuff.

Anyone tried them?

I am running the 265/75x16 KL71 on my 110, now done 9K and am very pleased with them.

They were equall with BFG MT's on an off-road test last year and are a lot cheeper.

My business is tyres, take a look at the web site. www.ajstyres.co.ukwww.ajs4x4.co.uk

Thanks bud, sorry you were too slow though! I got 5x 31x10.5R15's delivered to Aberdeen for £390. Compared to my best quote of c£530 for BFG MT's.

Not got them on yet but I'll update this thread when I do...

No worries. Out of interest, could you have bettered the price?

Cheers

Hi.
A bit late for you but just for the record, I have a set of new KL71's on a Suzuki Jimny and must say I am very pleased with them. They are good in the mud and feel pretty good on road too (they do whine a bit as you would expect).

Well I can report that they behave more like ATs on the road, very impressive. Yet to seriously test them offroad but on the slightly muddy forest track I was on the other night they coped admirably, even getting out of deep ruts at an angle.

Top notch and really good value.

Still very happy with my 265/75x16 KL71's on my 110 Defender.

And the prices are soooooooo cheap compared to BFG, that's if you can find any.

Only got one set of five BFG MT KM left with no date for more, good stock on KL71's

Andy.
